As long as your floors are still in good physical condition we can get all the old finish off and
apply a new high quality finish. To maintain the "wet look" shine floors will need to be regularly swept, washed as well as buffed or burnished.
No, not always. If you don't have deep rooted dirt and stains into the tile a deep scrub with a couple new coats of finish may do the trick. This is a lower cost service than a full strip, it uses less water and requires no caustic chemicals...better for the floor and environment. People are surprised at how this service can renew their floors.
Not a problem at all, many of our customers just want us to provide a strip and wax or a recoat. Smaller low traffic areas can be maintained by you or your staff pretty easily.
